Adriaan van Wyk, chief executive officer
Adriaan van Wyk is the CEO and one of the three founders of SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. He assumed his current position upon inception in 1997. Adriaan has a degree in accounting and has a second, post-graduate degree in information systems (computer science). He likes to bring together his two loves: technology and business.

When not at work, he can be found indulging in sports, which include cycling, running, swimming, mountain climbing, or listening to music, reading and, most importantly, spending time with his kids.

Olaf Wagner, senior vice president of product management
Olaf Wagner is the svp of product management and one of three founders of SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. He assumed his current position in 1997.

Olaf has a bachelor of science (honors) degree in computer science. He started playing with computers in 1985, first with a Sinclair ZX-81 (1Kb RAM) and immediately thereafter with a Commodore 64 (64Kb RAM). He knew at that moment that this was the career path for him. His very good eye for detail, which he credits to his German origin, came in handy.

Apart from his work, he is extremely fond of technology and gadgets, as well as outdoors. When not at work, he is either trying out new gadgets, playing tennis or squash, or indulging in close-to-nature adventure activities like hiking, diving, waterskiing, windsurfing or off roading.

Hennie Laubscher, chief operating officer
Hennie Laubscher is the chief operating officer for SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. He joined SourceCode in 2002 from Accenture and led the establishment of SourceCode's business in Asia Pacific and North America.

Hennie holds a bachelor of engineering degree in electronic engineering. He started his professional career in the field of automated test and measurement systems development and has been actively involved in the Microsoft solutions industry for most of his career. Hennie has held senior leadership positions in numerous Microsoft eco-system organizations and has lived and worked on three continents in the last decade. He is currently based in Seattle, Washington.

He enjoys traveling the world and has a keen interest in people, technology, butterflies, orchids and scuba diving.

Koos du Preez, chief technology officer
Koos du Preez is the chief technology officer for SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc. He has the overall responsibility for the direction, architecture, development and delivery of the entire SourceCode product stack. He assumed his current position in 2006.

Koos studied electronic engineering and has spent the past 14 years in the IT industry. His passion for technology spans the entire spectrum - from designing and building hardware to developing firmware, device drivers and application software. Prior to joining SourceCode, he held the position of chief software architect at a California-based High Availability software vendor.

Aside from work, Koos can be found tinkering with all sorts of software and gadgets, with reverse engineering and figuring out what makes them "tick" being one of the things he enjoys the most. He also enjoys running, skiing and any outdoor sport that involves gadgets.

Dennis Parker, senior vice president
Dennis is responsible for SouceCode's business outside North America. Based in London, Dennis looks after the EMEA and APAC regions. Dennis joined SourceCode in 2003 initially looking after the South African and Singapore offices.

Prior to joining SourceCode, he worked in the Microsoft Services space where he led the Microsoft Services division of the AST group and was involved in some of the initial enterprise deployments of K2. Prior to AST, he spent 7 years working for Sybase in South Africa where he filled a variety of roles before taking on a general management position at Sybase SA in Johannesburg.

He has been involved in the IT industry for the past 18 years, and during the past six years, has mainly focused on delivering corporate solutions based on Microsoft architecture. When not at work, Dennis is either found flying planes, skydiving, diving, reading or, most important of all, enjoying the company of his family.

Dave Marcus, vice president of alliances and business development
Dave is responsible for partner programs, technology alliances, and for driving business development with current and new K2 partners.

Before joining K2, he worked at Microsoft for 14 years, eight of them with Microsoft Southern Africa in technical sales and sales management positions. He then moved to Microsoft corporate headquarters in the U.S. primarily focused on global field and partner sales enablement in a variety of roles.

Dave has an engineering degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. He lives in Seattle, Wash. with his family and spends his spare time power boating in summer and skiing in winter.

Glen Bryant, vice president - Americas
Glen joined SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc., in 2001 and has held numerous positions within the company since then. He moved to the U.S. from South Africa in 2003 and has overall responsibility for SourceCode's Americas business region. Glen has a passion for three things in life: people, business and technology and has a graduate degree in mathematics and chemistry - which means he is always looking for calculated ways to ensure that there is a potent mixture of these three elements in his life.

Other than growing the SourceCode business in the Americas, he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family in Denver, Colo., where he is currently based.

KOH Weng Him, vice president - Asia Pacific
Weng Him has overall P&L responsibility for SourceCode Asia Pacific's business. His key role is to create a profitable product business, develop highly skilled and motivated sales and support team, as well as the creation of the associated partnerships, business infrastructures and processes required to support the business.

Weng Him focuses on helping clients optimize the deployment of their invaluable resources to significantly increase customer service levels by optimizing business efficiency, reduce process execution cycle times and increase availability of process related information. Weng Him joined SourceCode with more than 15 years of IT sales, marketing and consulting experience with leading organizations like Price Waterhouse, Accenture and IBM Global Services.

Weng Him has an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Hull, U.K., and a bachelor of accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.

Ruan Scott, vice president - EMEA
Ruan Scott is the vice president for K2 responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Ruan was appointed to his current position in 2006 and is based out of the London office situated in Wimbledon.

After starting as an Internet/Intranet analyst in South Africa's largest state-owned utility, Ruan joined the private sector as a software development consultant. Specializing in B2B marketplaces and system integration, Ruan's worked with process oriented technologies from modeling tools, B2B exchanges, EAI products and BPM products. Ruan relocated to the U.K. in 2001 and pursued the opportunity to start a BPM consultancy and VAR in London. In 2003 Ruan started an initiative to represent SourceCode Technology Holdings, Inc., in the U.K. and Europe, building a sales, marketing, professional services and support organization out of London.

Ruan has a passion for people, development and technology. He acquired undergraduate qualifications in computer science and mathematics and post-graduate qualifications in psychology and educational sciences. He adores his family and enjoys gliding, cycling and outdoor activities.

Josh Swihart, vice president, corporate marketing
Josh is responsible for marketing K2. He gets to play with ideas, tell stories, fool around with technology, spend time on the Web, write and figure out new ways to show off the K2 platform.

When not taking credit for the work of his team, Josh can be found hanging out with his wife and boys, reading, writing, traveling, or wandering around in the mountains.

Jeff Shuey, global alliance director
Jeff is K2's global alliance director. He works with various Microsoft teams to ensure technical and business alignment. Prior to joining the K2 team, Jeff was responsible for a variety of roles at Microsoft -- in marketing, business development and sales. He also spent time at Kofax Image Products and FileNET. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona.

He is based out of Seattle, Wash. When he's not working he enjoys coaching and umpiring baseball, mountain biking, wake surfing, and spending time with his family.
